Using MechFinder
MechFinder helps motorists find repair shops and request assistance. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Accounts and requests
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Service requests should contain accurate vehicle, location, and contact details. Do not submit false, duplicate, or emergency requests; call local emergency services for urgent safety emergencies.
Repair services
Repair shops and mechanics are independent service providers. They are responsible for their own availability, estimates, work, warranties, and any fees they charge. Confirm the scope of work, price, and payment terms directly with the provider before authorizing repairs.
Location and availability
Location and routing features rely on information supplied by you and third-party map services. Results, travel times, provider availability, and arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm, harass, or defraud others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users and the service.
Disclaimers and liability
MechFinder is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, MechFinder is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, safety, or pricing of independent providers, or for losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to the MechFinder administrator through the platform.
